But even though they had to order them from the catalog, they always had fresh Hickory Farms to share with friends. And I'm not the only one who has this memory. Many Americans have a distinct memory of Hickory Farms at their holiday gatherings; Hickory Farms is very proud to be a part of those nostalgic moments and continues to focus on and celebrate its long heritage of tradition and authentic holiday memories.
And this year is no different for us. Every year we order our Hickory Farms to have a fun family day and this year I decided to make a new snack for Mary with all our Hickory Farms items. And boy did she love it!
The entire snack was very easy to make. All you need are the Golden Toasted Crackers, Beef Summer Sausage and the Strawberry Fruit Spread. Simply cut your Beef Summer Sausage and place a piece on each cracker. Then top with the Strawberry Fruit Spread for a yummy snack!
Just look how gorgeous they came out! And they were as delicious as they looked too. Even my husband, who is extremely picky with food, came and stole a few from the plate!
