Something my husband says I am always good at is making desserts. Honestly it's probably one of the easiest things I make in my kitchen because I have a terrible sweet tooth. So I can combine things I have lying around and make something amazingly sweet to enjoy.

When Sara Lee asked me to make a dessert using one of their products last month, I started wondering what I would make. Since the main product in the dessert would be a Sara Lee product which is already cooked and ready to serve, I wanted to make a very easy to put together dessert. I love minimal effort, especially in the summer when I don't even want to turn my oven on.

The dessert I decided on was a trifle because in the summertime, it's one of the most delicious and light desserts you can get. Plus my way is so easy that you can serve this within 5 minutes.

Ingredients
Sara Lee Pound Cake
Fresh Blueberries
2 cups milk
White Chocolate Mousse Pudding Mix

Directions
Mix the pudding with the 2 cups of milk until the pudding has thickened, about 2 minutes. Set aside. Cut pieces of pound cake into small squares and put in the bottom of a trifle dish. Gently pour thickened pudding over the pound cake pieces and then add blueberries to the top. Serve immediately.

I made this for my family earlier today and it was gone before I could even get my own to the table. It was super easy to make plus it was refreshing on a really hot summer day.
