Down Home Turkey Stew

The other day I woke up late and I wasn't feeling well at all. That is, until I looked in the kitchen to see my husband whipping up something good. For those of you who don't know, my husband is the one who can take random things and make them into a masterpiece. I envy him for that. So when I saw him making a gorgeous stew, I had to take a picture and post his recipe.

Down Home Turkey Stew
1 Turkey Breast, already cooked to specifications
2 medium carrots, sliced
15 baby round potatoes
1 can Del Monte diced chipolte tomatoes
2 stalks of celery, sliced
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Take cooked turkey breast and tear into strips. Put into pot along with all other ingredients. Add water and cook on stove until everything is soft or about 2 1/2 hours.
2. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

One thing I love about my husband's recipes is that they're simple and easy. So I hope you like this one!
