It's been a few months since I updated on my Keto journey and I am proud to say I am down 39 pounds today! I really enjoy the Keto diet and it has been a tremendous help to me. But one thing I do miss is having cake! And last month my birthday passed without cake because I just couldn't bring myself to cheat.

But recently I found an amazing new way to make a chocolate cake that is Keto friendly and also delicious! And it's all thanks to ChocZero, the no sugar, low carb chocolate!

So how do you make this amazing chocolate cake that is practically guilt free? Read on below!

Keto Friendly Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a cake pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, add the squares, butter and heavy cream. Melt together in microwave by heating at 30 second intervals and continually stirring in between. Mix it together well until blended. Start mixing in the egg yolks and Truvia until combined. In a different bowl, whip the egg whites in a mixer until peaks form. Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture and mix it into the chocolate mixture.. Then start to fold the rest of the egg whites in gently. Bake for 45 minutes. After cake has cooled, drizzle with melted ChocZero Dark Chocolate from the Dipping Cups. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

If you've never tried ChocZero, you're missing out. Since Keto follows a very low sugar diet, if you have a sweet tooth you'll be missing chocolate fast. And with the months of being on Keto, I have found I am craving chocolate now. ChocZero is a huge help when it comes to being able to have a little something sweet after a meal!
