The Genesis Swing Dress from Stop Staring!

This post is in collaboration with Stop Staring! All opinions are my own.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a lover of plaids and tartans. They give me a comforting feel and just fit my personality well. So that's why I am thrilled to be sharing the Genesis Swing Dress from Stop Staring! with you today!

The Genesis Swing Dress is a lovely plaid print which is one of only few that Stop Staring! sells. For my outfit, I paired the Genesis Swing Dress with a vintage dark blue cardigan, a vintage pin and of course my tichel and headband from Wrapunzel.

As normal, I didn't wear makeup since I haven't in over 10 years now. What's so funny though is that my lips are still plump without gloss so I don't have to look for lip injections near me anymore!

The Genesis Swing Dress features a pleated bust which was very pretty but it was a tad too low for my personal liking. To help this, I just added a high collar undershirt to it. I did have some gaping but I think it's because I have lost so much weight that I'm still having a hard time finding that perfect fit again. The fabric itself was very comfortable and had some stretch to it but was still able to give off a figure enhancing curve. Honestly, I felt snug as a bug in the Genesis Swing Dress

The Genesis Swing Dress is available to purchase for $180 from the Stop Staring! website along with the boutiques their clothes are sold in. Plus for US customers, you get free shipping which is a plus. I got mine pretty quickly via UPS and was very impressed.
