Growing up, there were always taboo subjects in my house. The birds and the bees, personal feelings about things, women problems, etc. If it was embarrassing, it usually wasn't discussed. And that normally meant that it wasn't dealt with correctly.
One of those subjects was bladder leakage. I remember as a teenager my family went to Universal Studios in Orlando. While we were walking into the front entrance of the theme park, my aunt told a joke and made my mom laugh. For some reason it really hit my mom hard because she laughed so hard that she peed herself right there in the middle of the entrance.
