This is a Lunchbox sponsored post. All opinions are my own.
My entire family could probably live on potatoes every single day. Right now I have three ten pound bags sitting in my kitchen and that will only last for a bit. My husband eats potatoes for snacks and even Mary loves to eat them raw! So when I was asked to make some mashed potatoes using Country Crock, of course I said yes. Mostly because other than my family's love for potatoes, my mom always swore by Country Crock when I was growing up.
I was actually able to find the official recipe on the BJ's Cooking Club site. The BJ's Cooking Club adds more value to your membership by providing online meal solutions and recipe ideas. These exclusive food solutions, deals and tips will help you free up your calendar so you can focus on entertaining guests this holiday season. And since the recipes are pretty simple, you won't need to search for hard to find ingredients either. The mashed potatoes recipe only had 5 ingredients for it!
BJ’s Wholesale Club has over 200 locations in 15 states (CT, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA.) So we took a drive out to our nearest club to get my ingredients. But before we left I checked the Cooking Club site again for more recipe ideas. And thanks to the Cooking Club, I was able to get ingredients for my Hanukkah party our family is throwing next week!
The current recipes on the BJ's Cooking Club are:
- Sauteed Brussel Sprouts & Apples
- Hellman’s® Creamy Turkey Casserole
- Leftover Turkey Super Sandwiches
- Country Crock® Mashed Potatoes
- Classic Onion Dip
And they all sound yummy for a holiday party! So before the festivities begin, make sure to check out the BJ's Cooking Club for complete recipes, including the Country Crock Mashed Potatoes I made above!
