Two Easy Ground Beef Dishes #MC #sponsored

I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for the Beef Checkoff. I received products to facilitate this review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

If you're anything like me, then normally you're rushing around and trying to figure out what to make for dinner. It's not that I'm not at home to make the dinner, it's mostly that I just don't have the time to make elaborate dinners. But my family gets sick of regular spaghetti since pretty much anyone can make that. So when I'm running late during the day at home, I always stick with cooking with beef

This past week I have been experimenting with some fun beef and easy beef dishes that I'd love to share with you on behalf of the Beef Checkoff. The Beef Checkoff was established as part of the 1985 Farm Bill. It's a national marketing and research program funded by America's cattle farmers and ranchers.

My first recipe is a Mozzarella Burger Topped with Tabbouleh

Ingredients
1lb Ground Beef
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Store bought tabbouleh

Directions
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and form into patties. Cook on the grill until you reach your desired color. Then take slice of Mozzarella cheese and let melt on top of patty. Top with a spoonful of tabbouleh and put on buns.

The other recipe I ended up making was inspired by my daughter who absolutely loves peppers. She asks for peppers for a snack so I decided to introduce her to Italian Stuffed Peppers.

Ingredients
Bell peppers, seeded and tops removed
3 beaten eggs
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup instant rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
mozzarella cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a saucepan full of water to boil and cook peppers for 5 minutes until soft. Rinse the peppers with cool water. Stir eggs, spaghetti sauce, rice, onion, salt and parsley in a bowl. Add ground beef until thoroughly mixed. Put peppers into a baking dish and fill them with the beef mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.

Below is also a quick video on the simple steps to making the stuffed peppers too.
