In today’s busy world, the key to happiness is balance. Balancing your family’s schedules with personal goals and a good deal of “me” time is essential to a happy life. But, sometimes, the recipe for a happy life requires a multitude of ingredients.

Maybe it's that awesome friend you have down the street, or that once in a lifetime vacation you've been planning. Whatever you life ingredients are, they are essential to you.

One of my life ingredients is great food. I am a lover of a beautiful dish that is not only satisfying but also healthy for you too. So with the help of Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese, I made some delicious Pumpkin Ravioli.

Ingredients
Package of ready made dough
1 cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper

Sauce Ingredients
6 tablespoons butter
6 sage leaves
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 slices Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
Cut green beans and baby potatoes

Directions
Roll out your ready made dough into a long rectangle. Once it is flattened, mix pumpkin puree and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Salt and pepper according to taste. Take a spoonful and place on the rectangle of dough, leaving enough room for the other side to flap over. Continue until there is no more room. Flap over the other side of the dough and take a ravioli cutter to seal. Place the raviolis in a pot of boiling salted water until they float.

In a saucepan, melt butter and cook until it turns a bit brown in color. Add the sage leaves and turn off heat. Add the lemon juice, cut green beans and baby potatoes. Let sit for 3 minutes and then spoon over ravioli. Immediately add slices of Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese and serve.

I really enjoyed using Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese because it's delicious, balanced and it fuels you! If you love Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese too, then head on over to their landing page and make your own RDA to upload to your Facebook page.
