It's not often that the Renaissance Festival comes north to see us but this weekend it did! So we headed on over on Sunday afternoon to enjoy some fun and food. And thanks to Matilda Jane and P.S Aeropostale, Mary and I had some new outfits for the day too!
My new dress from Matilda Jane was the Magnolia Dress ($72.00) and Mary's new dress from P.S. Aeropostale was the Kid's Knit Palm Tree Dress ($29.50). Both of our dresses were so comfortable and that's why we actually picked them for today since we knew we'd be walking!
When we got there, we got some lemonade and took a horse drawn carriage around the fair. I hadn't done that since I was a teenager with my dad so that was my favorite part.
After the ride we plundered around the festival for a few hours, sampled the food, got sketches of us done and then it was time to go back home. But not before Mary pet some farm animals.
Overall out day was very fun and I can't wait to go to another festival soon!
