Roasted Vegetable Pizza


I love vegetable pizzas but I'm allergic to mushrooms so usually I make to make my own without them. So here is a tasty recipe for a Roasted Vegetable Pizza without mushrooms!

Ingredients
For Crust
4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 envelope dry active yeast
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Pizza sauce (canned)

Toppings
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomatoes
Spinach
Parmesan Cheese
Romano Cheese
Basil
Garlic
Broccoli
Red Onion
Red Bell Peppers
Artichoke
Parsley

Directions
Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, sesame and flax seeds into a mixer. Once it's running, add the water and  oil until dough forms. After mixed, put the dough on a floured surface and knead well. Then grease a bowl and put the dough into it, cover with plastic wrap or a towel and put it in a warm area to double in size for an hour. Then separate the dough into two pieces and cover with a towel to rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to make a pizza . Use a pizza sauce you like and cover the crust with it. Then top with the toppings listed. Bake on a pizza pan until golden brown and cheese is melted.
