This is a partnered post, but all opinions are my own.
The holidays are all about sharing and there’s nothing better than sharing America’s favorite cookie – except when that cookie is crushed and rolled up into the delicious, simple goodness of an Oreo cookie ball, a bite-sized treat made with three easy ingredients.
I was able to create my own Oreo cookie balls using my favorite oreos, the golden ones! And believe me, they make me feel like I'm in a winter wonderland when I eat them!
36 Golden Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
4 pkg. (4 oz. each) white baking chocolate, melted
Caramel for drizzle
Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
Drizzle with caramel
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
