I remember when I was a little girl, I would always ask my parents to get my an Egg McMuffin from McDonalds when we were on a road trip. For some reason, I loved them so much! My personal favorite one was the Bacon & Egg Biscuit because they never had it in Florida where I lived. So when we would pass through Georgia, I could eat them until I was stuffed!
Now McDonalds has the Egg White Delight and it's seriously just as delicious as my childhood favorite! It is freshly prepared with 100 percent egg whites that are cooked on the grill and combined with melted white cheddar cheese, extra lean Canadian bacon and served on a toasted English muffin made with 8 grams of whole grain. I would by lying if I said my mouth wasn't watering from just writing this!
The latest addition to McDonald’s wholesome offerings, the Egg White Delight McMuffin is full of flavor with only 260 calories. The satisfying new breakfast sandwich also serves as an excellent source of protein that is low in cholesterol. And since it's made from egg white and not the yolk, it's a lot healthier!
Personally, I love how McDonalds is trying to take in consideration all the dietary needs and allergies people have nowadays. McDonald’s is very committed to giving you more delicious choices to feel good about in the months and years to come. Regardless of your dietary needs, you’ll find nutrient-minded choices at McDonald’s. And speaking as a person who used to have debilitating food allergies, McDonalds is very helpful to those who watch what they eat.
