In the summer, ice pops are always full in our freezer but most of them are made of high fructose corn syrup which I don't let Mary have. So since getting pop molds, we started making our own but something she missed was the think smoothie like pops so here's a simple recipe for Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Pops.
Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Pops
2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
Stevia sweetener to taste
Add sliced strawberries and yogurt into blender and blend well. Add Stevia to taste and put in molds until frozen.
(Tip: Buy popsicle sticks or even save the ones you have from treats to use in the molds and they'll look like they're straight from the store!)
