Today I have a super simple recipe for Lemon Chicken that is keto friendly. This is perfect for the weekend and it can be served with cauliflower rice as well.
Lemon Chicken
Ingredients
- Whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Black pepper to taste
- Minced garlic
- Onion powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a baking pan. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and rub into the chicken's skin. Place chicken into the oven and bake until done. Cooking times will vary depending on the weight of the chicken. Make sure to check the bag the chicken came in for the exact cooking time for its weight.
