There are many different ways to connect with your heart’s power and intelligence. The book explains how to listen to your heart’s voice and hear its wisdom. It also explains ways in which you can develop your intuition, create synchronicity, clarify your intentions, and exercise the power of gratitude. All of these – intuition, intention, gratitude, and synchronicity – are also powers of the heart.
The Power of the Heart shows how you can overcome limitations in your daily life to find your true potential – and reveals the heart to be a source of love and wisdom that far surpasses that of the mind.
We were able to receive a review copy of The Power of the Heart and inside there is so much information, including exercises that you can do. One of the ones I liked was on page 141 which was the "Your Calling" exercise. Within the exercise, you have to answer questions about yourself that really make you rethink things. One of the question is "What are my unique skills and talents for a greater purpose?" I would have to answer that for myself with my love of birds. I don't really know anyone who has 20 birds other than me. We even have more than our local pet store!
Something I actually had to sit down and think about was what makes me unique and special? Why do I stand out from the rest. When I thought about this, other than the fact that I have many birds, I learned a lot of things about myself.
Right now you can preorder The Power of the Heart before it comes to stores. And make sure to follow me on Twitter @Kbwhiskey because I'll be posting weekly updates about The Power of the Heart.
