My husband's favorite cookies are peanut butter cookies so since I had lots of ingredients for baking already in the house, I found an awesome new way to make them without flour or milk. And my husband and daughter gobbled them down so I know they turned out amazing.
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
Mix all the ingredients together and let sit for about seven minutes. Then scoop the dough into little balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about two inches apart. Using your fork, make a crisscross pattern on the top of each cookie after you flatten them a bit. Bake a 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes for them to congeal.
