A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to pick out back to school Reeboks for myself! Even though I'm not going back to school, why shouldn't mom get treated to something for once?
I've never owned a pair of Reeboks before so when I headed over to my local Famous Footwear, I was excited to see their selection. As soon as I got in the door, a saleswomen came over to me and helped me find the Reebok section which was on the back wall. She then was able to help size my feet for me too which I was very appreciative for.
The first pair of Reeboks she showed me were the Princess ones in black. Since I have no arch in my foot at all, I usually wear a wide width and the Princess brand had wide widths available. But I didn't like the color black so I ended up going with the white.
As for the selection of Reebok sneakers, Famous Footwear had a lot to choose from but only the Princess brand had wide widths so I couldn't get any others. I was a little disappointed and I hope that Famous Footwear starts to make others with a wide width for people with flat feet like me.
This was the pair I ended up getting and they had a great fit. They might not have all the fancy colors like the other Reeboks but they don't hurt my feet and that's much better to me than having gorgeous shoes I can't walk in. The shoes also fit true to size and I wear a size 8 normally.
Overall I was very happy with the selection and customer service I was given at Famous Footwear. I love how the employees are eager to help you and I also love that my shoes fit perfectly. Recently I've been having a lot of pain in my feet at night after walking during the day so I'm hoping the new Reeboks will help that out!
