As promised, here is my last feature for Unique Vintage! The last thing I fell in love with and wanted to pair was the Unique Vintage Mustard Yellow & Red Floral Button Up Colvin Blouse. When I saw this blouse, it really stood out to me. Not just because of the gorgeous pattern, but because of the cut and style. It reminded me of the 1940's and since that along with the 1930's is my favorite decade for fashion, I knew I had to pair it with something special!
The Unique Vintage Mustard Yellow & Red Floral Button Up Colvin Blouse features a yellow crepe material with red florals on the pattern. The blouse is a button up with pleating down the front and the sleeves have a slight puff due to the ties on the sides of them.
What I ended up paring it with was my high waisted brown skirt from Dancing Days by Banned. With the pockets in the front and the 1940's style, it looked like a vintage outfit for sure! The Unique Vintage Mustard Yellow & Red Floral Button Up Colvin Blouse is made by the Unique Vintage house brand and they sure know vintage!
The blouse was very comfortable and would be perfect for spring and summer. Chiffon is a bit too light for the cold winter weather we're having right now so I ended up wearing a sweater with it.
I really had fun putting these combinations together to make reproduction vintage outfits. Wearing vintage is something I do daily so I can't wait to share more outfits with you soon!
