Then a little while later they already had a reply from a store associate that was willing to help them out.


From advice on the best baby cribs to replacing refrigerator water filters, through Get Advice you can access product and category expertise from thousands of in-store Sears associates while at home or out on-the-go, plus recommendations and insights from the millions-strong Shop Your Way member community.

Want to ask some questions? Here's how to do it!

  • Members can go to ShopYourWay.com and tap “Ask a Question” in the Get Advice section or directly from a shopyourway.com product page.
  • They can then type their question and see if an answer pops up while they type. o If not, they can simply follow the prompts to post their question. 
  • Once the question is submitted, the answers start flowing in from store associates across the country.
