I'm Going to #Connect 2 Happiness with @GaiamTV #sp

Most people who make New Year's Resolutions usually plan to lose weight, get healthy, or be able to unwind more during the upcoming year. Now with Gaiam TV, everything can be made easier!

Ever since the beginning of watching videos online, I've loved the way I can chose from a database of hundreds of different programs. And now so many places are doing this, it can seem hard to pick which is the best for you. But if you're looking for spiritual wellbeing, fitness, personal development, explorations, and more than Gaiam TV is for you!

Gaiam TV is the first streaming video subscription service designed to reach those interested in health and happiness. With over 2,000 titles, Gaiam TV is like Netflix for the mind, body and spirit!

One of my favorite things to do is exercise in the early morning. It always makes my day go much better and I feel wake and ready to go afterwards. So now when I wake up before anyone else, I login to Gaiam TV and put the fitness program on the TV. And if you think you might not have enough choices, let me tell you they have a lot! My personal favorite types are Cardio and Dance and they have a bunch! And they even have kid exercise videos too like ballet, jazz, and even hip hop! That way if Mary wakes up early enough to know what I'm doing, I can let her join in with her own exercises!

One of my favorite videos is Dance : Core Cross Train because you get to dance to Jazz music which I totally love. When I get done, I feel energized, happy, and rejuvenated for the day! Plus I've felt much happier during my day too because I feel better about myself.

And Gaiam TV’s entire library of thought provoking movies, top documentary films and fitness videos is available anytime, anywhere. Streaming capabilities for Gaiam TV include personal computers, iPads and smartphones so you can watch virtually anywhere!

Gaiam TV’s $9.95 per month subscription fee allows subscribers to stream unlimited content. The subscription to Gaiam TV is no strings attached; there is no commitment, and members can cancel at anytime. They also offer a free 10-day trial so sign up now!

So what does happiness mean to you? To me, it's a way you chose to live your life. I think anyone can be happy as long as they make time for the things that really matter to them. I seek happiness everyday and I've felt a lot more since doing exercises in the morning. I feel better about myself and I plan to continue this year.

happiness is being healthy and having my family around me and knowing that we are all safe and healthy.

What a wonderful new addition to TV. I like that you can choose what type of exercise/program you want, that way you will be more likely to commit to an exercise routine. Thanks for sharing!

I think I saw this as an available channel on my Roku and wondered what it was, but I am assuming that this is an exercise channel? sounds like a great idea, but don't care for the monthly charge

I think it's a great idea to think of what makes us happy and act on it.
